Red Card Reports are to be completed in the Rugby Xplorer Portal via the Appointments menu or by clicking on the link in the RX Appointment Accept/Decline email for the appropriate match.
Referee Self Review form - Fill out prior to a game you are being viewed by a referee coach at, then fill out the remaining fields after the game and send to your referee coach who viewed you, for their feedback.
